Scheduling depends on our current workload and the urgency of your project. We strive to accommodate your schedule and typically can book your service within a few days to a couple of weeks after the estimate.

Our team will arrive on time with all necessary equipment. We will perform the agreed-upon services, ensuring safety and minimal disruption to your property. You can expect a professional, efficient, and thorough job. We ask that you remove any personal property like lawn chairs, potted plants, yard ornaments, remove your car from the immediate work site, etc to prevent damage. While we strive for a complete clean up, we will not be able to remove every stick or leaf that is left in that yard. We will conduct a final rake up for large sticks and brush prior to departure. 

It’s not necessary for you to be home, but we do recommend it so you can communicate any last-minute instructions or preferences. If you can’t be present, we will discuss all details beforehand to ensure your satisfaction.
